Janssen carries out one of the most important scientific events in the region for information updating and clinical data  dissemination.  The Central American and Caribbean Summit is carried out annually since 2012. In its third edition, which took place the second semester of 2015, it gathered over 400 doctors and counted with the participation of visitors from other countries like Mexico, Colombia and Argentina, to discuss about the latest updates and innovations in treatments for different chronic diseases, in 5 therapeutic areas. The Central American and Caribbean Summit has established itself in an important continuous medical education scenario where relevant clinical case discussion forums take place.
